Our Mission. Our goal is to provide a superior product above the competition. With our skilled and trained work force, we focus on quality, productivity and most importantly, safety. We want and expect our customers to be satisfied with the finished results.
Our History. Founded in 1963, Patrick M. Leach started PM Leach Painting after only just becoming a union painter seven years earlier. In 1984, Patrick's eldest son, Daniel began working as a project manager/estimator and as the company grew, he was promoted to VP and Director of Operations in 1988. Daniel started the process of purchasing the business from his father in 1991 and by 1995, the sale was complete and he transitioned into his new role as the company's owner/president.
Where We Are Now. Looking to the future, Daniel began transitioning the family business in 2013 to two internal employees—Tom Mueller and David McNamee. Completed in 2016, this new partnership combines the knowledge of running a small business and working in the field. As a CPA and small business owner, Tom will work to ensure the success and profitability as the new company president. With over 20 years’ experience in the field and as a project manager, David will bring extensive industry knowledge in his new role as vice president. With new leadership, the goal remains the same: To maintain the integrity and reputable business practices that were set over 50 years ago.
Memberships and Partnerships. PM Leach Painting is fully insured and employs 100 percent union labor. Our company is affiliated with District Council 58 of the International Union Painters & Allied Trades, as well as are members of the Painting and Decorating Foundation, Building Owners and Managers Association and American Subcontractors Association. We have also partnered with one of the largest general contractors to serve as mentors for a local youth outreach program focused on the construction industry. Additionally, we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
